parse( "next Fri at 6pm" ) doesn't do time

it would be really handy (and consistent) if the relative dates also
parsed time:
Date.parse( 'mon @ 5pm' ) works
Date.parse( 'next mon @ 5pm' ) does not
parsed time:
Date.parse( 'mon @ 5pm' ) works
Date.parse( 'next mon @ 5pm' ) does not
