The last time that I was home I noticed a roadside bulletin board that
had the message "Kathy, will you marry me? -Richard" written on it
with some nice graphics around it. I assumed that the lucky woman
drove to work on that road or something. I also saw a news report once
that mentioned a man
sending a plane with a banner over a stadium where his sweetheart was
attending a baseball game.
