Hi there 

Unfortunately I'm unable to make this, or any other duty in the near future. 

Life has taken me away from sailing for the time being, due to children!

Although I'm a member, I'll be lucky to see the boat any time soon. 

Please could you update your records, once my membership runs out I will unfortunately not be able to renew.

Please bring a buoyancy aid.   If you are unable to attend you must swap with someone.   Failing that contact the office - failure to attend a duty will incur a £50 charge (the buy-out fee).

Officer of the Day
Please open the office at 09:00.  Your OOD guide is by the credit card machine, please record duty attendees. (Any problems ask the caterers or  Purple Marine)

Race Officer
You must ring your race team by Tuesday at the latest to confirm their attendance.  

Race Team
Please meet the Race Officer at your 9.00 meeting in the wet bar, this is when the RO will brief you on the day's racing ahead and your role - don't worry if this is your first time all will be explained to you.
