highest version of DV that supports migration scripts (DOI problems w/ 4.3.1)

Hi folks,

Question for the migration gurus among you: What is the highest version of DV that supports migration using the process and scripts here?

Here's some background...

I ran into a pretty serious problem attempting to migrate from 3.6.2 to 4.3.1. My DOIs are being rejected during the bath migrate step (currently Step 4 in the instructions). I get a lot of these, basically one for each dataset release:
- server.log_2017-01-20T06-09-58:Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Failed to parse identifier: doi:10.7281/T1J10120

This could be a show stopper for us.

and there seems to be a commit to fix it here: https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse/commit/7ba9194

I created an issue here, in case that's helpful to anyone:

At any rate, that commit is included in 4.5 and later, so I'm wondering if it would be safe for me to just install a clean 4.6 and *then* migrate into that.
