from DV 3.0 to 4.7.1

Hello everyone

Am about to migrate from Dataverse version 3.0 to 4.7.1.

I got this instruction.https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse/blob/master/scripts/migration/migration_instructions.txt 

And i have some questions.

1) is it the same step for 4.7 too? 

2) on the first step it says "7 ...and point an app server to it" which app? 

3) on step 5 it says "export DDI" how do i do batch exporting on dv3.0 i think exportAll works for 4.x?

4) i want to install version 3.0 on dev server so that i can make the necessary changes from there instead of the prod server so where can i get 3.0 release?

Any advice or links are most welcome
