English as default language for my dataverse

Hi every body,

We use dataverse 4.10.1 and we are set up english and french as languages for the setting ":Languages".

We want that when a suer acces to our dataverse, the default language is "english" even if the browser language is french?

I don't see how do setup a default language in the dataverse documentation.

Does some one knows if that is possible?

Hi Michel, I think that Scholar's Portal may have this set up: https://dataverse.scholarsportal.info/dataverse.xhtml. Is that what you're looking for?

Also, the community has done quite a bit of work on Internationalization since the initial release in 4.10.

Hi Danny,

Thanks for your answer. We have set up the ":languages" in dataverse setting table like that have bie done by scholars portal.

My problem is that , when the user browser is configure to use french as language, when the user acces to our dataverse, the language is french becuase the user browser is configure so.

I would like to know if it's possible to force a default language independently of the user browser language?
