graph data ingestion

Hi there —

Was wondering if anyone in the Dataverse dev community was interested adding a feature to ingest graph data (e.g. in graphML / RDF formats)? We’ve been working with a lot of graph data lately and would be interested in contributing. Would be great to know if there’s any existing efforts to do this, or any particular challenges anyone can forsee

FWIW: There is a pull request (https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse/pull/7414) to add an api call to submit metadata in json-ld format and there is already an OAI-ORE metadata export for Datasets that provides a json-ld export. (There are some known issues with converting the ORE json-ld to rdf (see https://docs.google.com/document/d/1UeWgVozS8B6VV94Um0olglT1KyRf6mbqI-ITBmvb4L4/edit?usp=sharing). There's also a capability to associate a W3C-prov file with a Datafile.

Are these the type of things you're interested in or are you looking for ways to upload an RDF file as a Datafile and have Dataverse process it to extract specific statements, or something else? Are you just looking to create a general capability or are there specific use case(s) you're trying to support?
