Fast redeploy of Dataverse code

Thanks to Balázs Pataki we've been playing around with faster ways for developers to deploy code. He made pull request #10088 for IntelliJ* users and this morning I recorded a video for Netbeans users: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yo3aKOg96f0
