            * Use case is to upload an existing DDI Lifecycle file, which would populate fields in a dataset in Dataverse.

      * (Phil) The Dataverse war file is deployed to the root context ("/") and takes over Glassfish completely.
   * (Slava) We want dataverses for specific groups of people. Invite only. Want to hide some dataverses completely. It's complex to run additional servers.

   * (Amber) Questions about DOIs in their 4.5 installation. We want depositors to be able to say they don't want a DOI. This is for licensed content. They are not the data producer. They aren't responsible for it. They'd like to offer Handles instead. This is more in line with DataCite best practices since they aren't responsible for the data.
      * (Amber) I opened an issue about this: Support flexible option for DOI and Handle registration, in same installation - https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse/issues/3623
      * (Kevin) Would be nice to be able to choose between a Handle and a DOI.
      * (Phil) Don't we have a "licensed data for Harvard" dataverse? Yes: http://dataverse.org/blog/harvard%E2%80%99s-subscription-data-dataverse and https://dataverse.harvard.edu/dataverse/HarvardSubscriptionData
      * (Amber) The Canadian government gives the data an ID but isn't not globally recognizable.

Data Citation Roadmap for Scholarly Data Repositories

Thursday 23rd February 4PM CET 

This webinar will present the roadmap for scholarly data repositories to implement data citation developed by the Repositories Early Adopters Expert Group, part of the Data Citation Implementation Pilot (DCIP) FORCE11 project. 

In accordance with the Joint Declaration of Data Citation Principles, the roadmap makes 11 specific recommendations, grouped into three phases of implementation.
