File disappears after uploading (Dataverse v5.10.1)

Hi everyone!

I uploaded a 37GB file onto our repository and it disappears right after the the process gets to 100%. There is no sign of it being uploaded successfully.

What could be the reason behind it, and, how could we fix this?

Hi, 

is the upload of smaller files working fine? Is it s3 upload?

I used to have such problem when uploading threw Dataverse UI to s3.

The issue was with bad configuration of cors.

For sure check log file.
