Submit for Review disclaimer pop-up

We are currently figuring out what text we want to display in the Submit for Review disclaimer pop-up window (see the SubmitForReviewDatasetDisclaimerText setting). If your installation already uses this feature, could please share a screenshot of the pop-up window including the button the depositor needs to click?

We haven't used the new feature yet, but we've always had a custom piece of text in there via the bundle.properties as shown below. We'll likely turn part of this into the new checklist item once we're on the new version.
