DVN documentation "source" now on GitHub

I wanted to mention that the "source" for the DVN guides is now on
GitHub along side the code.

This allows everyone to inspect the plain text files from which the
guides are built, follow changes* to the documentation, and contribute
via the normal pull request mechanism on GitHub.
