Change Dataverse public page

I installed Dataverse on my institution's webserver. 

Our dataverse instalation has as first/public page login page. We want our dataverse's first page to show last published data.

I would suggest downloading custom-homepage-dynamic.html from http://guides.dataverse.org/en/4.20/installation/config.html#custom-homepage

Here's how we describe this page:

"If you prefer to start with less of a blank slate, you can download the custom-homepage-dynamic.html template which was built for the Harvard Dataverse, and includes branding messaging, action buttons, search input, subject links, and recent dataset links. This page was built to utilize the Metrics API to deliver dynamic content to the page via javascript."

It's the custom homepage we use at https://dataverse.harvard.edu
