UCLA Dataverse downl possibly thread pool issue

Sorry for the cross post, I've also posted this on zulip

UCLA Dataverse has been down over a day and we can't bring it up. It might be thread-pool related. Current setting:
<orb use-thread-pool-ids="thread-pool-1"></orb>

What are people setting their thread pool to?

QDR has 1 thread there. I’m not aware of anyone ever changing it. I’d also be surprised if thread pool sizes would affect being able to start (versus affecting performance under load).
