Dataverse 5.12.1 is out: bug fix release

We're starting the week off right with a fresh release of Dataverse!

As we've indicated during community calls, 5.12.1 is mostly a bug fix release. There's been an issue since 5.11 where new remote (non-builtin) users have seen an error when they first create an account. Refreshing the browser seems to be enough to clear it (or logging out and back in) but it's not a great first impression! Thank you to Jan van Mansum from DANS for fixing this bug.

We did go ahead and release from the "develop" branch, so there are a number of fixes that had already been merged since the 5.12 release. The details are in the usual places:
