The Dataverse Metrics page of Project is not working

Dear developers of this project,

I wish to get in your information that the dataverse metrics page (https://dataverse.org/metrics) is not showing the current stats on website. Probably needs a server reboot or something.

Hello,

The DataverseMetrics site relies on D3Plus ( https://d3plus.org/ ) which as of right now is returning 404s for its js/ subdirectory, so the metrics Python can't render its graphs.

This may be transient or may necessitate an upgrade to D3 2.0 - we'll probably look into it more tomorrow.
