OAI datestamp after server reboot

Hello

our DV can't be harvestet after a reboot

https://data.aussda.at/oai?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=oai_dc&from=2023-03-13T09:00:05Z&until=2023-03-20T09:00:05Z

after a reboot the earliestDatestamp is set to the reboot date.

https://data.aussda.at/oai?verb=Identify

Why does DV change the datestamp after a reboot? The metadata records are mostly older.

Can I change the datestamp manually?

I believe you're seeing a bug in 5.12 which is fixed in 5.13: https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse/pull/9316
