The community call on Tuesday, March 3rd will feature Ceilyn Boyd and Philipp Conzett on the Birdaro Training Program* and ongoing work on a community playbook for the Dataverse community.

I'll plan to share various news about Dataverse, including the upcoming 6.10 release and our meeting in Barcelona in May!

Hi! Here's an abstract for tomorrow's presentation:

Ceylin Boyd (IQSS, Harvard) and Philipp Conzett (UiT) will share how the Dataverse Project and the Global Dataverse Community Consortium (GDCC) are leveraging insights from the Birdaro training program to strengthen community governance, engagement, and long‑term sustainability. Their presentation highlights key lessons learned, including the need for clearer structures, improved documentation, and targeted resources. They will introduce two emerging playbooks – one for community participants and one for decision‑makers – that centralize essential information, support onboarding, and enhance strategic decision‑making across the global Dataverse ecosystem.
