Dataverse 4.0+ Metadata crosswalk comment

Hi Eleni & Julian. 

I made a comment in the https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/0/ crosswalk but wasn't sure how to let you know:

The Dataverse fields mapped to DDI 2.5 element for 'targetSampleSize, sampleSize and sampleSizeFormula' has been mapped to the same DDI 2.1 ID as used by 2.3.1.4 sampProc. According to the DDI 2.5 change log, targetSampleSize is a new element introduced to enable extra metadata about these fields. see http://www.ddialliance.org/Specification/DDI-Codebook/2.5/detailed_changes_to_ddi-2.pdf 

I've also noticed a spreadsheet with the Dataverse Metadata Blocks are now available - that's handy.

Thanks for catching this. I replied to your comment on the crosswalk. I also get notified when changes are made to it, but these emails are appreciated, too.
