No, no other Shib attributes are required.

You're right that the superuser dashboard shows "Name" but under the covers it's first and last combined:

<h:outputText value="#{user.firstName} #{user.lastName}" />

If you sign up with a builtin account (any account, really), you'll also note that there are separate fields for first and last name. They're stored separately in the database: https://guides.dataverse.org/en/5.6/schemaspy/tables/authenticateduser.html

E.g. displayName. As a superuser, the user dashboard has this column called "Name". For Shib users, this does not look like a straightforward "Given name, Last name" combination.
