Harvard Zoom recordings deleted after 36 months

Hi! For years we've been using Harvard's Zoom to record community calls, working group meetings, and the like.

Harvard has a new policy that Zoom recordings older than 36 months are being deleted, effective yesterday: https://www.huit.harvard.edu/news/2026/03/new-retention-period-be-applied-zoom-cloud-recordings

They weren't kidding. Those old Zoom recordings are really gone.

This past week I've downloaded Harvard Zoom recordings for the following, uploaded them to Google Drive, and updated the links:


I didn't go through old notes to update links so if you stumble across a broken Harvard Zoom recording link, please look to the websites above for a working link.

I also don't plan to go through old email or chat messages to provide new links.
