Dear colleagues,

Our institution is exploring the installation of TurboCuration on Dataverse which provides AI-suggested metadata to datasets.  However we encounter the error message "Cannot get recommendataions due to network error (401). Please try again".  Does anyone encounter similar issues and are there any solutions to the problems?

The process is like this:

On the page for creating and uploading data files and adding metadata, this is added:

After saving the metadata and data files, I am back to the dataset page.  By clicking “Edit Dataset”:

The followings popped out:

After clicking “Submit & Show Recommendataions”, the error messages appeared:

Thank you very much.

Best regards,

Wendy

Sorry that it seems there are problems pasting images.  To put it short, the error message appears under "Title", "Description", and "Keywords" after clicking "Submit & Show Recommendataions".

I am glad if colleagues could give us some advice for further process.

Thank you very much.

Best regards,
Wendy

The team is investigating issues connecting with Azure ChatGPT.  I will keep you posted when we have a fix available for you to test.

I was able to successfully use TurboCurator in https://demo.dataverse.org/ this morning.  Please try again and let us know if you encounter any issues.
