Hi, 

How to setup GeoConnect for Dataverse 4.2.

The instructions on this page "https://github.com/IQSS/geoconnect" says, the instructions are not to be used to setup Dataverse installation.

How can this be done?

Right, specifically, it also says, "These instructions need updating," so it might be a good first step to go ahead and open an issue about this at https://github.com/IQSS/geoconnect/issues

I recently rewrote the Dataverse Installation Guide and linked intentionally to the instructions you're reading from http://guides.dataverse.org/en/4.3/installation/prep.html#architecture-and-components

That is to say, you're in the right place. The instructions just need to be updated.
