MinIO Garbage collection (abandoned files in S3 bucket)

Hi,

In today's community call #2 we talked about best practices for tracking "abandoned" files on S3 buckets (S3 Direct Upload and Download).

As agreed, here is the script we are using to acomplish this on our installation (any contribution is welcome).

If You believe this is helpful, I can do a pull request for adding this to the Big Data documentation.
