Aug 6th Containerization working group meeting, #containers, #infra-ops

Hi all,

I don't usually spam everyone about the monthly Containerization working group meetings but I put an item on the agenda that might be of interest to the sysadmins and devops folks out there, the new #infra-ops* channel on Zulip.

At the very least, I expect a good amount of cross-linking between topics in #infra-ops and #containers. We'll see how it goes!
