Dear Dataverse Community,

We are pleased to share several major updates regarding the Dataverse Community Meeting 2026 in Barcelona:

1. Early Bird Registration Extended (New Deadline: March 9) To accommodate the community, we have extended the Early Bird registration window. You now have until March 9th, 23:59 CET, to register at the reduced rate.

2. Preliminary Program Now Available We are excited to announce that the Preliminary Program is officially live! You can now explore the scheduled talks, keynote speakers, and satellite sessions planned for our time at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC) and the WTC.

3. Urgent: Confirmation of Participation The Organizing Committee has sent out notifications for all Talks and Posters. We have a significant number of pending responses, and we require your confirmation to finalize the official schedule.

If you have received an acceptance notification: Please reply to the committee immediately to confirm your attendance.
Poster Presenters: Notifications for posters have been released. Please check your inbox and confirm your participation as soon as possible.
