Hi team,
I have atwo question

• How long does it take to upload data in Harvard dataverse say 50mbs?
• How long does it take to be approved as a member/to sign up to the portal as an institution( Not individual member)?

Some quick answers:

- The upload speed will depend on a few factors, so it's hard to give an exact number.
- The institution list on the login page (https://dataverse.harvard.edu/loginpage.xhtml?redirectPage=%2Fdataverse_homepage.xhtml) is the Research and Scholarship category of InCommon (https://incommon.org/federation/research-and-scholarship/). There's a process at InCommon for joining this as an institutional member. 

For the second answer, if you're referring to creating a Dataverse collection for your institution, you can do that after signing up with one of the other account options on the login page (linked above).
