Hello,
The fifth annual Dataverse Community Meeting is less than ten days away! We’re looking forward to three great days of community-driven presentations, hacking, thought-provoking keynotes, and (of course) some soccer. Check out the full agenda on the Dataverse Community Meeting site. Here are a few reminders:
Registrations
We still have some space and we’ll keep registration open for a few more days. Please encourage friends and colleagues to register and attend! Registration is needed to attend.
The Dataverse Cup
We're hosting the third annual Dataverse Cup, a friendly soccer match for those in the Dataverse community, right after the pre-conference workshops on Wednesday, June 19th at 5:30 pm. Come out and play or cheer on your colleagues! You can learn more and add your name on the sign-up sheet at the Dataverse Cup site.
Dinner Social Event
Like last year, we’ll have dinner at Orinoco in Harvard Square on Thursday night. This event requires a separate ticket, which can be purchased using the registration form.
Social Media
We encourage you to post and tweet early and often using #dataverse2019.
Community Notes Documents
We’ll have crowdsourced Community Notes for all sessions. These notes live in Google Docs and will be available during and after the conference.
Lastly, please let us know if you would like disability accommodations to help you attend.
See you soon!
