Share datset in social media

is there a way to change the used social media platforms.

I couldn't find anything in the guide.

No, the three social media platforms are hard-coded in both the old UI and the new one: https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse-frontend/pull/554

If you'd like this to be configurable in the new UI, I'd suggest opening an issue at https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse-frontend/issues
