Hello,

Is there a way to add a space between the year and institution name without touching the code directly? See below between "2024" and "Yale".

Hi Yue,

I think I just sent the reply below directly to you instead of replying to all, which is funny since "replying to all" is usually the social faux pas!

I think there is a way to add a space between the year and institution name without touching the code directly, if touching the code directly would mean forking the Dataverse software that Yale Dataverse uses.

It might be a matter of how Yale Dataverse is configured. I see more info in the Installation Guide, at https://guides.dataverse.org/en/5.13/installation/config.html#footercopyright

I see a comma and space between the year and the institution name at the bottom of other repositories, like Harvard Dataverse and Abacus Data Network, which is use Dataverse v5.7.

I hope this helps!

All best,
Julian

that’s the way UVa has it w/ comma and space

It’s set with the footercopyright as Julian linked to.
