Publication status labels not displaying

I just realized the following issue regarding the display of publication status labels: On the landing page of a particular dataset the following labels are displayed: Draft, In Review, and Unpublished. However, on the landing page of the collection where the dataset is contained, only the labels Draft and Unpublished are displayed, and the status In Review is not reflected in the filter options in the Publication Status section. So far, I only have detected this behavior for one particular dataset. Any idea why the label is not properly handled on the collection landing page?

Is the data coming from Solr? If so, does re-indexing the dataset help? Since the dataset is in draft, you could make a small metadata change to force reindexing.
