metadata translations

Hello,

A number of Dataverse installations are interested in translating the
Dataverse interface, and several have already done so.

UNC RDMC is undertaking an effort to support right-to-left languages,
Arabic in particular. We're thinking about ways to allow depositors to
enter dataset and datafile metadata in multiple languages, and to make
these translations browsable and searchable.

If anyone in the community has considered or planned such work, we'd
love to hear from you.
