Sending Make Data Count report to Datacite is on error with counter-processor

Hello Dataverse community,

Since last week, we encounter error when we send Make Data Count report to Datacite API.

After exchange with Datacite support team, a HTTP request is now rejected with HTTP error code "406 Not Acceptable" if the "Accept" header isn't a valid MIME type.

A issue have been created with a pull request to fix this on Github counter-processor project.
