CoreTrustSeal Certification

The Odum Institute is in the process of preparing our application for the CoreTrustSeal Certification.  We just discovered that there is now a 1,000 Euro administration fee for applications.  There is a -25% volume discount for " for umbrella organizations certifying ten (10) or more data repositories."  Perhaps this is something the Dataverse Community might consider?

From Harvard Dataverse, Sonia and Julian (and the data curation team in general) have started to look into getting the CoreTrustSeal certification. It would be good to coordinate so we can get discount for the Dataverse Community, as Thu-Mai suggests.

We are also working on getting the CoreTrustSeal certification for DataverseNO, and would be happy if the Dataverse Community could coordinate certification - provided that we don't have to wait too long. We plan to send our application around Easter.
