Retirement

Dear Dataverse people,

 

4^th of July I will retire after almost 40 years of working for first the Steinmetz Archive and later DANS.

 

I still remember well that Merce came to DANS around 2010 (?) and demonstrated Dataverse to us. I was immediately enthusiastic. That is why I really enjoyed being the service manager of DataverseNL for the past 10 years. From 7 participating institutes we have grown to 23 institutes at the moment.

 

I would like to thank the dataverse community for the enthusiasm with which you give shape to the dataverse project. A truly global effort.
