I'm upgrading from 2.0.1-74.

2.1 went fine

But after 2.1.1, I have a problem.

The main page looks normal

Dataverses: 1 | Studies: 60 | Files: 2,947
Social Sciences Data Collection

But when I click on the Social Sciences link I get a blank page.

Guessing that maybe I need to reindex, I tried "Index All" in the index utility, but I get

Reindexing failed: The index directory must be empty before 'index all' can be run

How do I empty the index directory?
Where is it?

Thanks,

Ron,

The default will usually be here on a Linux/Unix box: /usr/local/glassfish3/glassfish/domains/domain1/config.  However, you should be able to look in your Glassfish configuration for this.  It will be under the JVM option called "-Ddvn.index.location="

Yes, often "domain1/config/index-dir". Thanks, Terry. That JVM option
is also listed here: http://guides.thedata.org/book/di-jvm-options

Thanks.

I emptied index-dir and ran Index All.
index-dir has new files.
They haven't changed in about an hour, but the Index All cursor is still spinning and top shows java is busy.
Is it really still indexing?
Our dataverse is still relatively small.

I still get a blank page when I click on the Social Sciences dataverse.
