Position/s Summary:
Client is live on Workday HCM but need to re-implement Advanced Compensation. They’re having trouble with the Merit aspect of advanced comp that is affecting Shared Participation. They need to have this reconfigured and working properly by the EOY so Merit planning can commence in the first quarter of 2017. They’re looking for a functional configuration specialist of Advanced Compensation. There are additional enhancements this consultant would be responsible for in HCM once they complete Advanced Comp, so future extensions are highly likely because they have a stack of Workday projects in 2017.
Additionally, the client would like to bring on an expert Workday PM to help in Vendor Management as they solidify a contract with a Workday Partner. The will be implementing, globally, the Recruiting module. If the Workday PM has certifications or is functional in Workday HCM, that’s a plus for them. The greatest strength needs to be Vendor Management, history being an advocate for the client managing the Workday Partners either pre or post go-live.
