How to cite this dataset?

Dear friends of Dataset Search,

Citing datasets in the same way as we cite papers is a critical part of making datasets first-class citizens in scientific discourse. For datasets that you find in Dataset Search you can now select the "Cite" button to get the citation snippet. We construct this snippet from the dataset metadata on dataset pages. When a dataset corresponds directly to a publication ("Data from...") then the snippet is the citation for that publication.
