DELL EXOS SEAGATE ST600MM0069 SAS NOT RECOGNISED ON WIN 10

Dear Gurus,
                       I have received one 600gb SAS 12gbps speed hdd which recognized by my sas mega raid card  DELL P/N 0WFN6RLSI9341-8I in bios but unable to show in windows10 .I have all drivers installed. But i cant see this drive in manage ? Pls any help .I have confirm that user used this only drive in his server .here i am attaching some pictures for reference .

Plug a data drive in to test that all else is working. 
Doesn't that card have a bios that will show what it's connected to?

i dont have another option to confirm but as per customer drive is working server motherboard has been died .

That is your own BIOS seeing the SAS card.

Does the card BIOS see the drive.

And remember, if the motherboard died the drive may have died.

In those circumstances its often stiction or a PCB issue.

Plug in a SATA Drive
(Not data....)
This will let you test the connection to the lsi card
Sas will read SATA....

You need to have the mb bios set to enable option rooms
And to show the boot up needs messages
You should see the lsi cards bios greeting. 
It will tell you to press control x to enter the lsi bios
Where you can get more info
Id the drive
And maybe scan for defects
