Hello everyone 

My UDMA a issue with CH-0 12v Led bilking (3.5 HDD not spin up only 2.5 hdd is working fine)and CH-1 5V Led  bilking 2.5 and 3.5 both not power up. 

is this volt regulator issue TPS2590 IC?

Check that the IC's ENable pin (16) is low.

Then check In, Out and /FLT (8).

If /FLT is low, "fault low indicated the fault time has expired and the FET is switched off".
