4A9A + 505 is the ROM.
I think this part is similar:
W25Q16JWBYIM, Winbond, 16Mbit serial flash, 1.8V, Quad SPI, marking 4Ayw + JIM, WLCSP-8: https://www.mouser.com/datasheet/2/949/W25Q16JW_RevD_01152020_Plus-1760324.pdf
Where is the ROM chip ?,
Drive is not power up, even try to read rom using terminal with PC3000, but gives error, on Donor PCB the patient drive spin up, but how to transfer ROM ?

Yes.
I would use a pogo-pin adaptor to read the ROM in-situ. Use the SOIC-8 pads rather than the IC itself.Remember that this is a 1.8V device.

Does the PCB spin up the drive? I can help with PCB diagnosis if the PCB is dead.
