4A9A + 505 is the ROM.

I think this part is similar:

W25Q16JWBYIM, Winbond, 16Mbit serial flash, 1.8V, Quad SPI, marking 4Ayw + JIM, WLCSP-8:

I would use a pogo-pin adaptor to read the ROM in-situ. Use the SOIC-8 pads rather than the IC itself.

Remember that this is a 1.8V device.

Thanks I will try and share review.

What is the suggested 1.8v controlled programmer model?

Does the PCB spin up the drive? I can help with PCB diagnosis if the PCB is dead.

What are these two voltages?

It seems to me that the motor controller might be dead.

Do you own a clip for ROM reading?

In detail I mean the one that has the vertical needles.

It looks like that nano ROM is sitting in the middle of a matching standard ROM place

It appears like the board could have been delivered with standard ROM too (some other configuration)

so if you clip on the outer standard PINs , I bet you could read the ROM.

Then the reverse could be done on the patient , unless PC-3000 or DLF or MRT are supporting the ROM write on such family.
