Hello friends. I plug in a Seagate brand hard disk PC3000. After reading green for a while, it turns yellow. Why is it doing this?

Depending on the model drive, which you did not mention, it may be because of:

-partial LBA access problem, or 

-it may be because of firmware issue (set up power cycle only for drive resenting when running into error to confirm), or

-a bad head

I made the adjustments that way. It read a little green and then went back to yellow.

Basically backup 20D when you grab 1b,28,35 etc and then you can load into the ROM and apply this fix "Clear Device Fault State (RAM)"  from the menu.

Choose Read from file and then choose the 20d you backed up and then the menu will appear.
