I have only ever had a couple of those drives in as they are pretty rare. Might be worth investing in next time we get one on.

Looks like it only works with Tableau's Write Blocker which makes it pretty expensive unless you have one.

Likewise.

The price seems a little high considering you can get the whole laptop on eBay for about the same. I have been using a 2016 laptop to do these recoveries for several years with almost no issues. I think I have only seen 2 that I was not able to recover due to either firmware or physical problems where the drive was not being recognized when connected.
