hello   sir  anyone  have  user  manual  how  to  use  in  wd pcb ?

It looks very simple. Solder wire between the boards, matching the numbers.

You don't need to remove any capacitors or any other components if you can find the reset pin of the USB-SATA bridge IC.

Solder a wire from Reset* to ground. That normally drives all the I/O pins into the Hi-Z (high impedance) state. That makes them look like open circuits.

This can be really good for saving the original board functional state

but: where do you get the IC's pins scheme?

I have posted all the datasheets I have been able to find. For those ICs whose datasheets are unavailable, I would look for a resistor-capacitor combination. 

Vio o--- resistor -+- capacitor ---o Ground
