The premise is that under a stereoscopic microscope with excellent and very high illumination, you have inspected the surface of the head sliders.

If these have not the slightest spot or speck,

and if the head actuators are perfectly straight,

and if the sliders rest properly on the support dimples,

then the problem is the typical one of blocking reallocation.

If you cannot get the terminal, you must find the Reading channels and perform the usual operation.

If you can't succeed getting the terminal

it is better to forward the drive to us

we have very low fee for partners

if the drive DOESN'T need heads substitution, and ONLY IF we fix the problem, we can charge you 250,00 euro if no hurry
or 400,00 if he task must be carried out ASAP

with heads substitution is +100 euro + the donor drive

Kind regards

I think there are pending transactions in the log in the NVcache in the ROM. The drive appears to be having trouble finalising these transactions. There was a similar issue at HDD Guru some time ago. I'm not sure, but I think the workaround was to clear the log.

Can you upload the ROM?

Your drive has the same problem as in that other thread. Here you can see the pending transactions in the NvCache. I believe PC3K has the ability to clear the CE-Log.I would try that. If that doesn't work, I would try to clear the NvCache by importing an empty cache from a donor.
