the drive sound is normal . come from another shop .rom is almost native ( i read it in boot mode and rom have same SN)
1- i unlock the Rom . terminal output is:-

 2- no command run even N1 don't respond 
3 can't try to read any Sys  file  with terminal

If you have no terminal access it might be because the drive is not reading enough of the SA to give you access (head failure). Or because its being blocked by the No HOST FIS error (translator failure). So you may have to short the read channel to get access. There are two methods detailed here.

Try the method detailed last first (shorting the motor) as its easier, but it doesn’t always work.

Just to add to Tims reply, I had to do this a few times by shorting pins so that I can clear G List and fix Translator and worked every time on these models and the fault that you are describing. And backup ROM and SYS files before any fixes

actually short motor did not help , trying the short points for this pcb 100794976   as in pic with no luck till now
BTW terminal command only works are

i can read Rom but can't read any of SYS files . i try the short point with no luck till now

Getting terminal after shorting can be difficult to time correctly.

Or the drive may have head failure.

No dear let just put 20E to read sa because this is latest model it's quite changed and
Also new mcmt location is 34a file should be

look just put 20e on the place of 20d to read sa via terminal you get the whole sa and wait don1t run the translator command just confirm me first if u get the sa then i tell you what to do

This is an M11 with 20D and 348?

You might be thinking of the M15
