I can't see anything obviously wrong. There is a single-bit difference between the two IAP segments, but I don't know if this is significant. I could "fix" this if you would like to try.

The CE_log segment is full. PC3000 has a feature which clears the CE_log (Critical Event Log). I have no idea if this will make a difference.

After trying repaired rom ...it did not power up ... 

just  tried with another donor rom it did power up & spin is on ...

pls find the  donor rom  attached ...possibly u can figure out issues ..

I have patched your patient ROM with a relatively clear CELog from a donor. If this doesn't work, I have a few more ideas.

I have patched your donor ROM with the patient's CAP, RAP, and SAP. Can you see if this ROM will spin up your donor? This will tell us whether there is any problem with these adaptives (I think they are OK).
