opinion about dolhpinlab tutorials?

Hi

I would like to know is it worth to buy tutorials on dolphinlab web sites? 

I saw several tutorials how to clean platters, head swap tips tricks book etc.

Is it worth to buy? Will I get good information?

The tutorials are good as hints

Then you must practice with tenths of dummy drives (obviously avoid experimenting of data recovery cases until you have practiced enough)
