I can't see the disk information. I downloaded the loader file from the AceLab website but it didn't work.

There's no sound coming from the heads, the disc is spinning.

When the loader is not working you have two situations

1. heads are DEAD (either if straight) in this case either with the correct, when you issue the command for loading the loader you'll get heads making one click and "no SATA connection" error

2. otherwise you'll get (in PC-3000) an error that recalls what it is: the loader version is mismatching the firmware version

Longo story short:

For any case is best practice share the full model string
in this case the firmware version details 
since there is something abnormal with heads , you should report what you have observed under OPTICAL STEREOSCOPIC microscope and with really powerful light about self heads sliders and actuators ( if "everything is straight and glossy and no cracked piezo plates are in the game (if any)" 

then we can begin to reason on the behaviors

We would always do a head swap to rule that issue out. 95% of these cases it's bad heads.

... always do an heads swap .. but after... ? .... careful analysis of the patient's heads and even of the platters surfaces if needed

... otherwise you risk to kill a good donor heads set :-)

Obviously we inspect the platters and the heads for damage when we open the drive. That is a given. But assuming all is okay we would do a head swap to make sure. Especially on SMR drives.

Unfortunately, I don't have the adapter for changing the head.

platters removal is a task that everyone wants to avoid doing, most of all on 3.5" and worse that worse on high density drives ( > 250GB per platter side) the higher the density the most unsuccessful will be the re - balancing challenge

we have built an ultra-highly-sensible sensor for measuring the vibrations during the re balancing process, and that tells that even with micro adjustments , you can't succeed ... unless you have a really huge bottom :-(((

what above tells that you observe the heads sliders and actuators and evaluate if any could have damaged the inner surfaces. Someone says they have realized an optical inspection tool, but observe the platters surfaces from a side perspective cannot allow to see micro and or nano grooves carved by (e.g.) a cracked piezo (SMR drives)

in conclusion 
- removing platters is something that you DON'T WANT to do unless obligated 
- removing platters requires to firstly build a solid experience. It is easy to understand what I mean: take a brand new healthy drive, 3.5" with 2 or three platters. Make the removal and re assembling operation of the whole platters stack and see what happens: with >90% of probabilities it won't initialize anymore (and it is healthy and with its ORIGINAL HEAD , not a small detail this one) . The succeed in making the drive to initialize again and let yourself know.
- in 2.5" things turns better. With 2.5" drives, the moving masses are less heavy, so the challenge becomes less demanding, nevertheless their majority is 5400RPM
- it is observation and analysis experience under optical stereoscopic microscope that will tell you (against your will) that unfortunately it's necessary (damn it) to disassemble the platter stack for direct observation.

Hope this may have gave you a sharper idea.

Hello.
 If I see that the heads are dirty or have mechanical damage, I always remove and inspect the surfaces of the magnetic plates. Modern hard drives can easily tolerate plate offsets relative to each other. This is my experience.
