You do have terminal output and its telling you that the heads are not reading the servo markers so more than likely head failure.

 

Can you get terminal access F3 T>

If so can you read system files?

Also when selecting terminal speed chose 460800.

Dos the drive carry on spinning?

I did what you said. The terminal does not produce any output. The disk is not spinning.
